A few practical notes

• Between June and September the minimum stay is seven nights; the rest of the year, three + nights.
• Check-in is from 3pm, check-out by 11am, so we can prep the apartment between guests.
• Once dates are confirmed, we ask for a 25% deposit and the balance one month before your stay.
• We're a small, owner-run rental. If something feels wrong, just write back and we'll work it out.
